Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup, sliced Onion
  • 1/4 tsp, ground Dried Thyme
  • 1/8 tsp, ground Black Pepper
  • 4 chop Boneless Pork Chop
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sage - dried, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley (Freeze-Dried)
  • 1/16 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine (Stick, With Salt)

Cooking Instructions

1) Combine paprika, 1/4 teaspoon each thyme, garlic powder, mustard, sage, cumin, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper, on waxed paper; 2) Coat both sides of pork chops with this mixture; 3) Arrange chops in a single layer on an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish; 4) Top each chop with onion slices. Cover with waxed paper; 5) Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Rotate dish and and microwave on low (30 percent) for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, rotating once during this period; 6) Let rest while preparing the sauce; 7) Combine margarine, parsley, 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder, and pepper sauce in a small glass bowl; 8) Microwave on high for 30-40 seconds until melted; 9) Spoon sauce over chops before serving.
