Ingredients

  • 2 tsp, leaves Dried Thyme
  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3/4 large Onion
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth - Canned Low Fat, Low Sodium
  • 2 teaspoon Vinegar - Balsamic
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce - Lite
  • 2 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 4 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 4 tablespoon White Flour - All Purpose

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Cut chicken breasts into 8 pieces and dust with flour. Over medium heat in a sauté pan, heat 2 teaspoons sesame seed oil and brown chicken on both sides in oil and place into an oiled baking dish. Add 2 teaspoons more sesame seed oil to the pan, slice 3/4 of onion and sauté until translucent; add all of the other ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over chicken and bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the liquid has reduced down
