Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cranberry Juice - 100%
  • 1 packet Raspberry Gelatin
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 cup Cool Whip Lite
  • 1 large rectangular piece or 2 squares or 4 small rectangular pieces serving Graham Crackers

Cooking Instructions

1. In a saucepan, heat cranberry juice to boiling and remove from heat immediately. 2. In a large bowl, stir gelatin into hot cranberry juice until dissolved. 3. If you are using frozen raspberries, thaw and drain them. 4. In a separate bowl, beat cranberry sauce and raspberries on high with an electric mixer for one minute. 5. Stir this into gelatin mixture. 6. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours, or until thickened but not set. 7. Fold in cool whip and bland thoroughly. 8. Spoon into pie shell. 9. Chill until firm and serve
