  • 1 teaspoon Reduced Sodium Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 cup White Flour - All Purpose
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (Table)
  • 1 large Whole Egg - Raw
  • 1 1/2 cup, chopped Cranberries (Raw)

Cooking Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 400*F; 2) Combine oil and sugar; 3) Add beaten egg, baking powder, flour, salt, and water. Mix well; 4) Fold in cranberries; 5) Grease muffin pan or use cupcake liners; 6) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean
