  • 1 tablespoon Mustard - Prepared
  • 1/8 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin (Separable Lean Only, Raw)
  • 1/2 tsp, ground Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 425*F; 2) Trim fat from pork; 3) Sprinkle with pepper and put in oven for 30 minutes; 4) Combine mustard and brown sugar and put on the pork; 5) Reduce oven temperature to 375*F and return pork to oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through (160*F internal temperature); **Note: This recipe is medium in potassium and phosphorus, however, it is a good source of biological value protein. Talk with your doctor or dietitian to see if this can be worked in your diet.
